Our inspectors are Licensed and Certified Professional Inspectors in the state of Texas. We take pride in ensuring the safety and investments of our clients. Our team utilizes a variety of tools and technologies to assist in its inspection services.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Our inspection team is comprised of Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspectors under the Texas Real Estate Commission, who are trained and qualified to perform real estate inspections.
We are members of the ICC and certified by the International Code Council to be up to date with today's current standards, building methods, materials, and codes that go into the building we live in every day.
Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are trained by InterNACHI. In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers.
Our inspectors are graduates of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
